Knape and Vogt recently introduced a line of Barn Door Hardware. The collection features 3 styles that can work with everything from uber-contemporary to farmhouse-chic designs. KV has conducted extensive market research to develop hardware that is design-forward and competitively priced.
KV’s line is available with stainless steel round & flat rails, steel round tracks and aluminum flat rails with coordinating carriers for each style.
Stainless Steel Round & Flat Rails feature high-quality stainless steel rails with quiet and fluid ball-bearing carriers. They are ideal for wood or glass doors up to 1-1/2″ thick and up to 250lbs. Round rails come in 78-3/4″ lengths and flat rails 72″. These are expandable with rail connectors. Both Round & Flat rails are sold in kits that include all mounting hardware, bumpers, and floor guides.
6 carrier options are available for round rails. Carriers are only sold as part of a kit with the rail and mounting hardware.
And one carrier option for flat rails –
Solid steel round tracks are uniquely designed to offer the utmost in ease of installation by supporting wall mounting brackets at any point along the length of the track. Solid steel round rails are available in black, oil rubbed bronze, and satin nickel powder coated finishes and in 4′, 6′, and 8′ track lengths which can be expanded with a Splice Kit (sold separately). Solid steel round rails can accommodate wood doors up to 1-1/2″ thick and 250lbs with standard wall mount bracket. Optional long bracket supports door thicknesses of 1-1/2″ to 2-1/4″.
Hardware kits for steel round rails include 2 carriers, 5 wall mounts, end stops, floor guides, and fasteners. TRACKS ARE SOLD SEPARATELY.
KV’s third hardware option is Aluminum Flat Rails. Flat rails feature a durable black powder coating and are available in 4′, 6′, and 8′ rails with expandable splice kits available. Flat rails can accommodate wood doors up to 1-1/2″ thick and 250lbs.
4 different carrier kits are available for aluminum flat rails that include 2 carriers, 5 wall mounts, end stops, floor guides, and fasteners. FLAT RAILS SOLD SEPARATELY.
